Job Description
Tiffany McNamara leads efforts to develop and grow partnerships at Sears think[box] with industry, donors, alumni and leaders in innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition, Tiffany facilitates innovation programs for national and international partners. Most recently she co-developed and taught a course on Human-Centered Design in China.
Tiffany began her career at Case Western Reserve in 2008, largely in support of energy and sustainability research in various capacities at the Great Lakes Energy Institute. While at GLEI, Tiffany spearheaded the ThinkEnergy program to engage students in meaningful and real-world energy education and entrepreneurship experiences.
Tiffany received her degree in biology from the University of Toledo, and is pursuing an MBA from Weatherhead School of Business. She lives in Lyndhurst, Ohio with her husband and two teenage daughters - and a houseful of rescue animals.
